I've just been training, and I can tell you that it feels soooooo good!
I'm kind of tired now, but it was worth it!
Some years ago I was an elite swimmer and I trained 5 times a week + contests in the weekend, so I didn't really have time for anything else that school and swimming ..
In the end I began to think that it all got too much and that I had to give up on too many things just to swim, so I stopped. (It was also half because of my trainer, but that's a whole other story!)
Anyway ..
Since I stopped I wasn't that good to keep working out.
I did it, just not as often as I should be doing it.
But now I decided to do something about it, so now I've begun to train 3-4 times a week.
It's nice because we have a training machine in our basement so I can just go down and train whenever I have time.
But I still like to go swimming sometimes when I have time ..
Besides, I have to look just a little bit good for the summer, right? ;)
And I guess I'm also kind of hoping that I will loose just a little bit weight before I'm going to france in the easter holiday ..
But I guess I just have to keep on going and then (hopefully) it will all come eventually ;)
